Curriculum Support

As a Higher Education Institution, Writtle University College has access to highly renowned academic staff, specialist equipment and cutting edge research that would otherwise not normally be available to schools and colleges.

We believe that education should be accessible to all, and therefore strive to share our knowledge and resources to support your students with their current studies, no matter what year group they are in.

Our practical and hands-on ethos means that we want students to apply their knowledge and use our equipment. Learning actively in a higher education environment with subject specialists not only brings the curriculum to life, but also provides students with the opportunity to experience first-hand what studying at university is like.

Download the guide below to learn more  about the GCSE sports workshops we have on offer. The workshops provide purposeful activities based around the AQA framework for GCSE PE.
